Life happens...

Why are you anxious? Why do you worry? Less wrinkles are more becoming. Do not stop dreaming because you had a nightmare. You may be afraid of the future. You may also be afraid that the past will repeat itself. Never be a prisoner of your past; it was a lesson, not a life sentence. Nothing grows inside your comfort zone. So, if you are blaming God for not "allowing" or "helping" you grow- look to see where you are standing, and ask yourself if you are comfortable.      You might be sad because you have been through a lot. You may be anxious because you are afraid of what is to come. But you should be proud that you are strong enough to make it through.               Many individuals talk to themselves with a negative attitude. We tell ourselves we cannot do something so we do not disappoint ourselves when/if we fail. We live our lives afraid of failure. We have this unhealthy mindset that we are destined to fail. But we are not! IT IS OKAY TO FAIL! What? What is she saying?! What does she mean "It's okay to fail?" What I mean is this: Failure is a part of success. It is proof that you are trying. Like Thomas Edison said, "I have not failed; I have found 10,000 ways that do not work." Winston Churchill said, "Success is stumbling from failure to failure without any less enthusiasm." Failure is not falling down, but refusing to get up. Do not feel pressured to get up right away. Do not stay down for too long or you will come to use the excuse of "Can't you just love me for who I am? I am trying! Can't you see that? Why do you want me to get up right now? I need to learn!...

Absolutely; but right now, she wanted to rest her tired soul and body. Was she laughing? Of course not; horrific images tormented her. Last, but certainly not the least, did she love? Awe, the poor thing spent her days trying to make one laugh, comforting another, or serving one more. She loved as fierce as one could hate! Sometimes, it physically hurt when she was rejected that love. She felt the pain most in her heart and throat. Such pain, she could not describe except to say that it felt like a vise-like grip that threatened to consume her if she did not persevere. So she d...
